Welcome to Julip
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application and services (collectively, the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as any other policies which are published by us in relation to your use of the services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. User Accounts
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
3. Third-Party Integrations
- Authorize us to access and sync your data from connected platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Acknowledge your data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect
We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services. If linkage to a third-party platform is terminated, relinking might be restricted. Julip shall not be liable for damages due to the termination of such linkage.
4. Payments and Payouts
We use Stripe to facilitate payments for your subscription. By using the App, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and authorize us to create and manage a Stripe account on your behalf.
- All payouts are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information
- We are not liable for payment delays or errors caused by Stripe or inaccurate information
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day free trial period for new users. If you cancel your subscription within the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial period ends, subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent you from using the App as intended
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods or for accounts that have been terminated due to violations of these Terms
- Digital products, services, or one-time purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Refund Process:
All refunds are subject to payment processing fees charged by our payment processor, which are non-refundable. If a refund is requested and approved, these fees will be deducted from the refund total which will result in a total $10 USD fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your account information and reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Chargebacks:
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and may provide evidence of your use of the service.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of any content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
Julip and its partners retain ownership of all rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the App and services, except for user-submitted content. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership interest in the App or its services.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with App operation or security
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Upload malware or harmful content
- Use the App for third-party commercial benefit not approved by Julip
- Collect or publish other users' personal information without consent

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
9. Warranties and Indemnification
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the App or third-party services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Julip harmless from any claims or losses arising from your use of the App or content you provide.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.
11. Modifications
We may change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
12. Updates, Maintenance, and Services
We may update the App and modify features without notice. We may also suspend services for maintenance or security investigations.
13. Protecting Your Account and Our Services
If we believe your account is compromised or misused, we may disable it and limit access to protect our services and other users. Suspension may prevent access to services you have paid for.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Julip. If any part is deemed invalid, the remaining terms still apply. No third party has the right to enforce these terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
