How the Julip Shop page works.

The shop page can be used in multiple ways! One creator has used it to promote her podcast episodes and others have their favorite links from their shopmy, Amazon or favorite small boutiques.

The key is it MUST lead to another page where someone can checkout.

The way shop works is you have your 'Pinned Links' and your 'Collections'

Let's break it down 🕺

Collections

This is where you can organize your products from Amazon, ShopMy, LTK or any e-commerce site.

So, instead of having your audience bounce around to different sites you can have them go DIRECTLY to the product you're featuring and organize your products in a way that makes the product easy to discover.

Resulting in… MORE SALES 💸

As shared at the top, this can also be non-shoppable products.

Including but not limited to:

• Podcast episodes
• Event Listings
• Rental Property Listings (AirBnB, VRBO, etc)
• Applications for Opportunities

Price is not required when listing a product in shop, allowing you to list any of the above!

Pinned Products

At the top of your 'shop' tab, you have the option to add a pinned section and label it to whatever you decide.

This is a great opportunity to make it SUPER easy to find products. For example, if you're a fashion creator. You can label the section:

My favorite outfit of the week

And list your jacket, top, skirt, shoes and bag.

Another way to earn money as a creator using our 'Shop' tab

Oftentimes, a brand when working with a creator will offer an affiliate link or code.

Whether you have 100 followers or 1M followers, that still is an audience that the brand may not have access to.

So think of the pinned section of your shop as advertising real estate and you can sell each slot for different rates for weekly or monthly visibility. No content creation needed here!

For example:

• Slot 1: $1,000
• Slot 2: $800
• Slot 3: $600
• Slot 4: $400
• Slot 5: $200
• Slot 6: $100
• Slot 7: $75

This is the easiest way of getting recurring revenue and you can add this to your package of creating content under services.

How can I get an Affiliate kickback in shop?

We do recommend for ALL of your links, if you have an affiliate link to add that as your link for your product.

If instead, you get a promo code (i.e. Jamie20), you can add that in the description of the product to make sure it's front and center!

Does Julip generate affiliate links?

No, but we always recommend going straight to the brand's website to see if they have an ambassador or referral program.

Why do that instead of LTK or ShopMy?

The way LTK and ShopMy earn money is they take a CUT of YOUR CUT from an affiliate. Which we don't do! We want you to keep all your earnings.

If you go straight to the brand and get the unique code or link, you get to keep 100% of your commission.

Can I sell my products through Julip?

You can sell digital products through Julip! Physical products, you'll need to connect to an e-commerce storefront. (i.e. Shopify, Etsy, etc)
