How to add reels, Instagram carousel, TikTok, YouTube Short, LinkedIn content, Google Drive/Dropbox video/picture to your content sample section in your Julip Portfolio

We recommend doing this on your computer if you can. At least for the first time :)

Instagram | Reels and Carousels

1. Make sure you're logged into your Instagram account
2. Navigate to the desired Reel or Carousel post
3. Click or tap on the three dots usually located at the top-right corner of the post.
4. Select "Copy Link" from the menu that appears. This is VERY IMPORTANT
5. Paste the link in the URL field
6. In content sample section, click 'Add new campaign'
7. Paste the link in the URL field.
8. Click Save

Note: If the video is from a private account or has restricted sharing settings, viewing directly inside Julip may not be possible, and the prompt will direct to Instagram itself. We have a tutorial video on Instagram to make sure all your settings are set up correctly. This also means if you did a collab post and the OTHER account has restricted sharing settings, it will not work unless they update their account.

TikTok

1. Make sure you're logged into your tiktok account.
2. Navigate to the desired video.
3. Click or tap on the share icon located at the right corner of the post.
4. Click "Copy" from the menu that appears.
5. Paste the link in the URL field
6. In content sample section, click 'Add new campaign'
7. Paste the link in the URL field.
8. Click Save

LinkedIn

1. Go to the post you'd like to feature.
2. Click the top 3 dots in the top right corner.
3. Click Copy Link to Post
4. Paste the link in the URL field
5. In content sample section, click 'Add new campaign'
6. Paste the link in the URL field.
7. Click Save

Youtube

It'll work better with shorts as the format is Vertical (a.k.a Youtube shorts)

1. Navigate to the desired video.
2. Click or tap on the share icon located at the right corner of the post.
3. Click "Copy" from the menu that appears.
4. Paste the link in the URL field
5. In content sample section, click 'Add new campaign'
6. Paste the link in the URL field.
7. Click Save

Google Drive

It'll work better with Vertical format videos.

1. Make sure the video you want to share is accessible to the people with the link. (a.k.a. It CANNOT be private)
2. Navigate to the desired video.
3. Click or tap on the three dots usually located at the top-right corner of the video.
4. Click 'share' and then click 'copy link'.
5. Paste the link in the URL field
6. In content sample section, click 'Add new campaign'
7. Paste the link in the URL field.
8. Click Save

Dropbox

It'll work better with Vertical format videos.

1. Navigate to the desired video.
2. Hover over the video.
3. Click 'share' and then click 'copy link'.
4. Paste the link in the URL field
5. In content sample section, click 'Add new campaign'
6. Paste the link in the URL field.
7. Click Save
