We get it! Julip is a new tool for you, but we've got you covered. There are multiple options to get help building your Julip.
Option 1: Guided Tours
You can find our guided tours on the left (desktop) or bottom (mobile) to get access to a step-by-step guide.

Our guided tours will walk you from Step 1 through a fully functional website. Just make sure to complete each step before watching the next video.
Option 2: Our Chatbot, Jade
You can find our chatbot in the bottom right corner in your Julip dashboard. This is the fastest way to get your questions answered.
If Jade doesn't have the answer, please go to option 3.
